Reader Review Guidelines

We publish

• Your own experience of a product you have used
• Positive and negative reviews alike; we never remove a review because it is critical
• Reviews in plain language, with or without perfect spelling

We remove

• Reviews that were paid for, swapped for free products or written by the brand, a competitor or a seller
• Reviews about something other than the product, such as delivery or a retailer’s service
• Personal data, links, adverts, hate speech or abuse
• Several reviews of the same product by the same person

Checks we run

A person reads every review. We also use automated checks to catch spam and repeated submissions. Your email is never shown and is used only to contact you about your review.

Ratings and our score

The average reader rating appears beside our editorial score. The two are kept separate so you can see both views.

Responses

Our team may reply to a review to add context or correct facts. Replies are labelled as coming from Buyzello.
