How to report an error and how we fix it.
Report an error
Tell us the page address and what is wrong through our contact page. Include a source if you have one.
What happens next
- We check the report, usually within two working days
- If we were wrong, we correct the page and update its date
- If the correction changes a verdict or score, we add a short note at the end of the article explaining what changed and why
Reader reviews
If you think a reader review is fake or breaks our review guidelines, tell us the product and the reviewer name and we will look at it.
